so after some looming around the internet and putting things together, I found this.
This article was just posted today (2/9/12) from a guy who did a custom fabrication for Shane McMahon's motorcycle in late 2011 made by Indian Valley Motorcycles in Brooklyn, NY.

Could the letters "S, D, K, R" stand for Shane, Declan, Kenyon, and baby boy #3's name that was never released? Strong possibility!
...then
I found an "INKED" magazine article from April 2011, where Shane was mentioned as being one of Indian Valley Motorcycles Celebrity clients. I had to weave through the internet to find the exact wording, so here it is:
Keep in mind Shane was spotted at a Buckcherry benefit concert in August for Bobby Seeger's son, Adian.

So after putting Marissa and Shamrock together, I found these pics of a bike named "Sweet Marissa" on the Indian Valley webpage.

All in all, I found this to very heart-warming that Shane name a motorcycle after his wife then include his son's initials on the bike as well. Very touching and certainty we know that Shane is very proud of his wife and kids and this is not the first time displaying such love.
But nevermind me, this was just my college research ability coming out and I don't stop until I find the whole answer.

"The end results are perhaps the purest examples of "Made in the USA" machinery one can buy. On a typical Indian Larry motorcycle, only two elements are completed outside this Brooklyn block: paint and leather. Customer builds, like the Shamrocked softail awaiting delivery to Shane McMahon of WWE fame, are sent to Robert Pradke's Custom Auto Design in Connecticut. "Then we got this guy way the fuck out on Long Island named Christian, who owns a place called Zion Leather," says Seeger. "He does all our seats, tool bags, and stuff like that. Guy's got himself a little hut with his motorcycle in the living room, and he knocks all sorts of shit out for us." Completely wrenched and fitted, there's little on a finished chopper that wasn't made-not just assembled-in the States. "That whole' Made in the USA' thing, that sells, especially overseas," remarks the proud owner."
